I've spent a career in investing with plenty of time dealing with start-ups. To me AXP seems to be going through teething issues like virtually every other start-up I've ever invested in/been involved in. Underestimating capital to get to b/e and misfiring on the sales strategy are pretty common. Obviously, I'd like to see a CR done when the SP has recovered a bit, but my average buy price is ~9c so even a CR at this price doesn't bother me as long as I'm right about the product's potential.
