i dont think so.. best is to wait and watch... Avg down is a bad strategy sometimes.. Best is to buy again at 15 cents again if the management gives a clarity and steps to recovery. Again more than steps results should show.. because they can talk and still not do anything... because it doesnt cost much to talk.
