"IMF (Australia) may fund claims for compensation against listed construction and mining contractor, WDS. It issued three profit downgrades over a nine-month period, and has been accused of misleading and deceptive conduct. In the period between 26 August 2009 and 27 April 2010, WDS's forecast profit after tax for 2009-10 was altered from between $A22m and $A24m to a post-tax net loss of between $A7m and $A10m. …"
