The just had a raising at 10 cents to raise just over $3 million as per below.
The pro rata rights issued closed on 19 July 2012. Sherwin received acceptances for 31,810,475 shares, raising $3,181,047.50.
So they should be ok with current cash for a couple of quarters with good news flow
