WBE could be grossly undervalue but until management proves itself it is williing to act on behalf of shareholders interests no point bringing WBE to its real potential market value. History says management does deals to benefit "other parties" other than shareholders. Why are they so stupid? Keeping some degree of credibility in the market guarantees years of free money from shareholders via future capital raisings at constant higher valuations, not lower. They just need to make the market believe they are willing to do so. Currently they are not, hence price sits where it is at.
