ART V - Why does a company with virtually no gearing need to have a 15% issue to a former director. You ask what the funds will be used for - If they had given shareholders a spp @ 48.5c or a rights issue at that I am sure they would have got most of the $20 million.

At some point you have to believe in yourselves and take on some debt. I am aware of the past but to a large degree that was an incorrect investment decision that led to those losses.

Really as far as I am concerned this company has over many years ignored shareholders and destroyed value. I had invested into what I had hoped was a new era.

Not sure that that exists in this one. I will trade this or sell out but long term I dont see that management has any appreciation of the support of retail shareholders - My viewpoint and others may well see it differently.
