Head Office in Perth indicated to me three weeks ago, that there was an announcement pending and due shortly, which I expected to see last week - my speculation(as you call it) is, that maybe they were holding out to release it closer to Xmas.
If we don't hear anything by weeks end, I can only assume that there have been some other developments in the works, that are holding things up.
I would be very disappointed if we don't hear any news after what they said!
