Like what has been well posted prior.
The Minister of Mines has stated expectation and support for the approvals to clear in time. The EIA application submissions have been overseen in part from which these comments were drawn. A final guidance was given to the remaining 10% yet incomplete but now submitted in entirety (yet awaiting further translation).
I don’t think the issue here is a question of ifs but when’s. How long will this take to complete? I don’t know.
Its true investors just hate to wait. Yet in the same breath they hate it when they haven’t accumulated prior to sudden releases that cause the SP to bounce.
If you are betting on a when. I suspect you may lose.
If you are betting on an if. I think you’d be quite happy given whatever time it takes.
