Living on Hype and Buzz can only last for so long.

Read the 4e from September 10. Revenues dropped from 11 Million to 5 Million, yet the CEO kept his role.

Their comments re: searchworld were:
"Searchworld have significantly changed driven by the uncertainty and instability in search advertising syndication. Activities in Webfirm media including location based advertising services are taking a much lower priority given the greater upside in other opportunities being pursued by the Division."

There is no uncertainty in Search Advertising Syndication. This is a poor choice of words from the company. This itself to me says, we stuffed up the profitable part of our business, our CEO cannot fix it. We're just going to let it die. Fact is that online advertising has grown significantly, including syndication.

Why else would they be pursuing an Advertising Platform if it hadn't? Why wouldn't they use the Searchworld business as a means of promoting their ad platform?

CEO stuffed up the business.

As mentioned in their announcement the loss of $3-$3.8 million shows a company going backwards. Big time. Who is responsible? CEO.

I believe the true value of this company is probably $20-30 Million at best.

Since CEO came on board the company has gone backwards. Why they would keep him on board considering the losses is beyond me.

Think you are 100% correct in saying it is time for a shake up in management. Too many mistakes have obviously been made since the Board change in 07/08 and new CEO.

CEO must go. Board must seriously consider some changes. Costs must be cut. Business 101.

The one positive for this company is they do have some switched on board members. Hopefully they will make some tough decisions moving forward.

They should have enough cash in the bank to do something with this business. So make the tough decisions, cut the dead wood, get some real experienced players on board and get to work.
