Having been a investor for 3 years, a lot has happened

Some of the events I recall are
Purchased Webfirm / Searchworld
Changed name from Ansearch to Webfirm
Purchased Human Traffic
Purchased Adslot
Re-structured management
New directors, with a wealth of IP Knowledge in the web-space
Replaced CEO with Robert (sorry forget his name)
Replaced CEO with David Burden

So what has happened with the share price? Halved

Made a profit? no, still burning money

I am assuming that the business we have bought were profitable...if not why did we buy them?

It has to be time for the current management team to leave and turn this business around
