KRM are in negotiations with Icon concerning the purchase of their Way Linggo Project that requires acceptance by all Icon's shareholders. A question has been raised as to whether Felix Resources have any royalty rights over the Way Linggo project that MAY have been set at either 1.85% or 2% in 2002/3. Icon purchased interests in Way Linggo from Felix (then Auiron Energy).
