I'd say that given:

1. The previous management tried their hardest to tank the share price (by dumping stock and encouraging others to do the same), rather than stick around and see what the independent review would say, and;
2. Present management appear to not want to indulge in "he said she said", but instead just appear to want to get on with the job and restore communications with stakeholders;

tells a story, wouldn't you?
