Common sense has prevailed. Shareholders own companies, and deserve to have a say on how it is run, and directions it should take.

There are quite a few good proposals looking to go into public companies at the present time which should be investigated for MOT. Most importantly is value for money(or shares), imcome producing in a period of time, and not a massive dilution to the current shareholders.

Now ALL need not to rush into any decisions, look diligently and conduct Due Diligence with a fine tooth comb on as many projects as can come to the table by people who can make a non biased opinion.
