I totally agree that the EGM needs to be cancelled and a thorough investigation into projects and management of MOT for the benefit of ALL shareholders as disclosure is not what one would expect from s listed compsny.

On 2/5/2012 the name Ausbase Minerals Ltd applied for a reservation of the name. An announcement to the share market was not made till the 8/6/2012. Then once again an extension for reservation of name was made on 15/8/2012.

Motopia's Web Site has changed, it now lacks information and contact details. Only Lemon & Lime log in.

Ausbase Minerals has a Web Site contact information etc; and has MOT announcements on it going back to April 2012.

As of tonight Ausbase Minerals does not have an ACN nor ABN number.

The directors have and are taking a lot for granted as MOT belongs to ALL shareholders and not some select few.
