Hi Guys

I went to the AGM this year more to get a better understanding of what the mangement are like whats the
company long term objectives & are they up for the challenges ahead.

Couple of points I found interesting

Someone asked 'What is the Mead & Johnson contract worth'
Inially Dr Brown replied in saying that they have an agreement with Mead & Johnson that such information was not to be made public.

Chariman then gets up & outlines that Micro equity? report did cause a bit of a stir from Mead Johnson >then went on to say that will not see the real benfits of the Mead Johnson contract to the 2nd half .Slow down in orders in the last months of 08 had more to with clients running down inventories ,also the relationship with MJ has already yeilded new customers (think he said Sth Amarica)

What I think is lost on a lot of share holders (including me)is this is a food technology company & with the recent appointments to both Board & mangement only add to the growth propspects. (ps there is some dead weight on the board as well)

Other than that pretty happy with Dr Brown preformance since becoming CEO , like to see him have more equity

There is every chance that we could enter a 30s ,70s style markets where large companys treaded water for a while & the action was in small/med companys with growth prospects ,,,,,but who really knows

Risk v return Clv is as good as any, but liquidity is going to be a problem if you think u can trade them
