Pretty fancy facility - if UWA could implement something close to this in Albany it would be great. If Carnegie were part of that, even better. I don't think there are plans for this sort of facility but hopefully in time something could happen. There are not many around so from that aspect may be feasible but I do question the need for one in remote Albany.
I've had a looking for an instagram of plymouth uni or a student... the uni one is pretty limited it shows a bit of marine stuff. bit more fishing perhaps...
I suspect that if they are testing a commercial product there would be various NDA in place to stop leaks....
