    Sorry that I can't help you with the full article Pro but Bombora has sparked my interest in the past.  I made an enquiry a year or two ago in how to get invested.  At that time the only way was as a private investor with a minimum investment of $5,000 (relying on memory here, so may have been more or less).

    Although SHE, CWE and Bombora are all vying to win a place in wave energy, they all have different characteristics that makes collaboration attractive.

    The Perth Wave Energy Precinct is the type of location that offers a variety of sea conditions depending on the season and sometimes within the same day.  Each technology has it's own strengths and weaknesses, meaning that in certain conditions any one of the technologies may be performing at greater efficiency than the others. As the conditions change, another technology may take over as the superior performer.

    From what I have read, all three have the capability to pressurise seawater to enable onshore desalination.  I am assuming sea conditions would play a part there as well.

    What I am trying to say, is that a collaboration that enables on going power and desalination, (no matter what the conditions), is better than single technology projects that perform really well, (but only in the conditions that suit them).

    The article is the only one that I have seen so far that gives a hint, that a collaboration may be something to be considered.

    You will notice that Bombora is considering three locations, some of which both SHE and CWE have interest in as well.

    "Bombora has short listed three locations for consideration. Each location and site has numerous advantages for Bombora, State Government and other Government agencies.

    The locations are;
    • Perth Wave Energy Precinct (PWEP) – West of Garden Island
    • Nearshore Geraldton
    • Nearshore Binningup"
