You are correct. According to the DMP the well has not been approved. Or, more specifically, the Environment Plan has not been approved and is pending "Further Information".

I think the "Further Information" thing might be a euphemism for: "The drill is on hold for the time being, but we can't tell you why. Once we've sorted it, you'll be the first to know".

A little more patience is required. Key are not the only operators in this boat. I'm hopeful we'll hear within the next few weeks and we'll be off to the races again.

But don't take my word for it.

Anyway, a find at Waugh-1 would be a bonus as far I am concerned. The only reason I hold Key is EP 438. I'm happy for them to just sit on the dwindling cash reserves until they can do something with this permit.
