I've chosen 1.3c as the level i'm willing to accumulate purely and simply because it is the level that i know that i can get my volume at.
It may drop lower but i highly doubt it. It is already at a significantly oversold level imo and when these sellers are done i'm sure it will rebound quite quickly back to 2c, upon which it should stabilise before interest comes in for Waugh-1.
