This is a great find, don't know how you did it but well done.This is not a sale IMO.
To me looking at it, the address on the site is an office block.
The CEO is Victor Rosenberg.
The extra time they have spent in the US is obviously the finalisation of the establishment of a company to be listed over there, which mirrors ClearVue.
A great use of all your money IMO.
Who as shareholders new about this???
