So what your wanting to say is you really have no valid argument other then to attack posters for alternative views to your own?
disclosure is required not because of a domain registration but because of uncertainty whether this is a partnership, new company or a fake website used to prop the price up. Either way it may be seen as leaked information.
all the technical discussion which is beyond me was interesting as it outlines potential and risk.
