Mabe they had Clearvue from years ago already.

Also there is another company called Clearvue, but Im not sure what their business is, and that business may have started After CPV had named their company.

It dosnt matter, CPV have done that website for the US market so it is what it is,

Also mabe its like a sub business so, for tax purposes they can split revenues and pay tax in both Countries in accordance with the laws etc.

There could be so many reasons, but I doubt its done for no needed reason.
