Yea, good idea Trees. I was thinking about it as our main concrete tank is downhill from the house and the pump needs to lift the water from the bottom of the tank and then up to house. We have a spare galvo tank, so may put it uphill and use that as header tank. woiuld allow pump to be at bottom of tank with gravity assist. then i would not need to use such a heavy duty pump and could be more economical. I could even investigate a small windmill pump, to pump from main tank to header tank.
thanks ravishankaray, will aim for 40psi then with new set-up.
Currently using DAB Jinox 112 M pump. It's OK but i think I could do better.
Anyone care to recommend their pump with a user score?????
