Exactly, ALL that putrid water get's flushed into the tank and that wet area is recharged ready to stagnate again in the sunlight through the downpipes and up pipes full of water to the level of the top of the tank and dump it again with the next shower.
When a house is built there's a formula for the number of downpipes required to drain the roof area.
My home with verandahs has over 350sqm of roof, a perimeter of over 70m. How do you propose I arrange it so that those downpipes, spread over that large area, go to a tank without going down and up again?
