i have a kid now so tightened up our tank supply as follows.
removed the grape vine infesting the concrete tank, tank guy sikaflexed the cracks, vac cleaning on both my tanks.
installed whole house filter, twin canister and uv light
ran a couple of chlorinated town water loads through the system
cleaned my gutters
got rid of dodgy piping
going to reverse flow and backwash the hot water system tomorrow
