my tank cleaning guy told me the fumes were falling into the tank and the petrol pump was just above it. The guy inside was unconcious maybe dead, the other 2 followed hm in there to save him and died soon after. like in a matter of a minute.
very sad. may have been the wind that day was different to normal , may have done it similar a dozen times.
