Tank vac sounds like a good idea.
Every time I think about cleaning out the sludge it rains and ends up with more water
in the tank so I can't access the sludge. Not keen to get inside a tank any more after hearing about those
Unfortunate people who died from fumes whilst pumping out their tank.
