Well I took out a mortgage years ago and that was the best investment I ever made.
If the risk is low and a loan can increase eps then I'm all for it. Clearly, EVZ's adviser thought it was a good idea. Quite a useful snippet I got from him I thought.
It's the second time I've spoken to Ian Wallace and I found him to be very friendly.
