If this stock is going to do what we all hope its going do. (Head North), its pretty safe to assume that this is its new base lows considering the sophs got it at 40 cents.

V8 as for your explanation I don't think you are correct. Isn't a penny dreadful just that? A stock worth a penny (1 cent).
This stock, even when it was doing nothing it always had over 10 million in the bank and looking for projects.
