I saw this article yesterday that shows the impending crisis in Cape town. http://www.news.com.au/technology/e...r/news-story/8b5628cae14d9c2a5484b81e7b517760   Looking at the pics of dams and reservoirs they are in a critical situation.

They are looking to mitigate the impending doom by installing 3 or 4 desalination plants by end of February/ March 2018. Which will be cutting it close or possibly too late for the city - people are already hording water and there is expectation that there will be some significant problems for civilian security at distribution points as people become desperate. The desal solution isn't without concern either - there is suspicion that desal water may cause health risks as the source of sea water contains high concentrations of human waste, due to the effluent disposal of the 4million people.

Companies like CCE should be taking advantage of situations like this to promote Ceto 5 as a solution for water security so cities/ countries don't get into this situation in future. Considering the climate change effects, droughts like cape town is experiencing could happen more often and hit harder than they have in the past.

My immediate thoughts upon reading the article were that CCE should sell those 3 Cetos 5 units that were pulled out of the water for that tax rebate. They could build a new desal container in Cape Town and ship the ATO ceto units for installation in future.  Obviously the desal container could be installed as a temporary/ interim solution without ceto  by running pumps off the grid. The ceto 5 could be installed in a medium term scenario after wave and seabed analysis have occurred.
