While the SPP suggests that they might have something in the wings I think its unnecessary for a company thats about to start generating pot loads of cash to come to the market for more equity ahead of actually announcing a deal that needs funding.

Note that the SP has fallen down to the SPP level - suggests that the market (rightly) thinks this cap raising is opportunistic and isnt going to support it.
