Why wouldn't Wesfarmers renew the leases on profit making businesses, isn't that why Coles were in them or have people suddenly decided to stop going to pubs?
and, the pubs will probably do better the worse the economic conditions become and the lower the sharemarket goes.
Real dire stuff.
