I never feel 100% about any options but these have incentive at least.
Check the options that AQI directors have, 0.001 and they were passed by shareholders.
They are in lieu of their fees but they could at least have more incentive built in.
I hope that if NML hold tight to Tandarra but it could be negotiated to raise funds for this project and prevent dilution.
