us interest rates and bond yields due for a breather.
i highly doubt rates in the us will go too much higher.. prob to 4.75%?? this equates to only 2 more rate hikes.
any hint of a rate pause is going to send map through the roof.
map tax deffered forward yields of over 7% versus forward long bond yields of 4.8%.. easy to pick the winner here.
i picked up a large parcel today for the long haul.. should be good.
