I also work in the industry, and do not hold this stock.
The rumours are,.... Virgin are paying Cash at some ports, as this is the only payment accepted. ......Qantas crews have been asked not to take leave later this year as they expect VBA to be in a difficiult situation.... Not spreading the rumour only repeating it.
