I think Mr Peter George should disclose more details about company's situation to the market / shareholders, e.g. true financial situation and business operations in Asutralia and overseas, as the market / shareholders are panicking (although people have known the company wasn't doing well for a while). We want to know both negative and positive side of the business.
The market likes to be informed.
