    Seems things have changed considerably for CLY, with the withdrawal from HPX

    Note HPX owns almost 20% of the company according to the latest annual report

    In my opinion, there will be a likely buyout of HPX's holdings off market.

    Perhaps there will be a new substantial holder notice in the near future.  And depending on who it will be, it may shed some light to the future direction of this company.
