EBR management's releases were much more positive-oriented than their latest reply suggests. I think some of the blame has to be pointed at management due to the way they produced their announcements.
Comments such as 'This is extremely encouraging news, which suggests that we are very close to uncovering a rich supply of golf and copper'
and
'It is now only a matter of time before the true value of this project is revealed'
and
'the breakthrough came when....'
Coming from the director himself, all blame can't be portioned onto the media, although the media has obviously pulled the trigger in terms of today's price rise.
Contents of today's reply to the ASX should have been in the announcements to put a perspective on the reality.
