That's a useful perspective on a short-term timeframe. I would expect any shorting activity to occur just before the result to shake out any nervous holders.
What do you think about TFC's share price moves over the past year...bouncing between ~$1.20-$1.80? Given TFC's earnings profile appears to a considerable extent locked-in (~1,500ha of plantings annually and planned harvests) is this share price range an example of overt influence?
BTW HC'ers...changing my sentiment from Buy to Hold after the recent run...stock is now approaching 20x FY18 PER, and don't forget earnings are likely to drop sharply in FY19/FY20 unless mgt can do something wonderful regards bringing forward harvests.
