roulette- i lost 20 kgs just by changing from normal sugar to dextrose in my morning coffees. i no longer crave a sugar hit and the volume of food i eat until i feel "full" is a lot, lot less.
once you try it, you suddenly realize how the masses are being manipulated into an abyss of obesity and diabetes , and those symptoms are just the tip of the iceberg.
