I don't think he needs to justify it to be honest. Like he said, he is posting his sentiment on a stock in a forum designed for just that purpose.

If you want the answer to "why post when you hold no shares?" then that is a tricky area and opens up more issues.

For all we know he holds a short position. Maybe he holds put options where technically he can tick the "not held" button as he doesn't hold the actual stock. Who knows? He posts some good insights so I suggest take them for what they're worth.

Otherwise next we'll be asking for proof of holdings signed by a justice of the peace along with a swab of saliva and a semen sample.
