Observer, Whats the big deal?
If the timber guy cant handle trollies or the Deli eg, then take the redundancy, which would be minor anyway considering Masters hasn't been in Business that long or get another job.
This happens all the time for one reason or another in life.
People do lose their jobs. Have you ever lost a job?
Move on or use any job offered at WOW as a stepping stone either within WOW or until one finds other employment. Simple.!
The Masters employees at my Local Store I have spoken to have accepted their circumstance and aren't crying about it!
