Sent BigW service email a request over the weekend, to let me know please, if a particular BigW store stocked a particular product at present.....
Got an email back today, informing me they couldn't help me, but I could phone their customer service ph number and they would help me........[which I have my own doubts about]....
probably a good example of why a very similar model of biz, called Kmart, IS kicking goals and the once mighty BigW is doing it tough!
Employing idiots......likely candidates for my Annual "We don't make thick-shakes but we do make milkshakes Award".
Kinda also makes you wonder when people tell you "I can't tell you that" exactly what all the hundreds of millions spent on IT/Stock Management Systems achieved over the years.
