If there are not enough holders participating the on-market buy-back would have to be much larger I guess. This is unlikely as large instos will always take the opportunity to lock in another 30% [at 115 for 150]. Personally I had accumulated a fair bit below 1 and will tender in half at 140.
This really was a no brainer of a trade.
