Well that's right to a dgree. It's a catch 22 for them, damned if they do, damned if they don't.IMO they need to take advantage of their position now when assetts are cheap. If they wait for a recovery those assetts will of appreciated and will probably be unaffordable. The attention they are receiving now is simply a bit of enthusiasm returning for U plays. No one knows if this will last in the short term.
