There have been many projects and possible acquisitions in the past. Non eventuated.

We can all make these sort of guesses.

Then you say you know there's an acquisition which contradicts the I don't know why it should pop, but don't know what it is but hope it's a worthy one!

Even if you do know there is an acquisition in the pipeline this is information that could probably put you and your source at risk of the kind that V1 warns about.
