I am simply pointing out information publicly available and helping connect the dots with analysis of said information from an informed view. I would remind everyone that as a shareholder that it is your company and you have rights and the board of Hills has a fiduciary responsibility to grow and protect the value of the company and in fact increase the value of the company. If the board does things to contradict that responsibility, you have recourse to remove those responsible - legally and within the shareholders process.
