It's great you are in a position to understand shareholders...

It's great you are in a position to understand shareholders position, but who would you expect is going to challenge the board or take action?

It's obvious from your privileged position or ex position that you are fully aware of what has transpired, so why don't you head the cause?

For shareholders to lead and take action, who would take the reins? How would they challenge?
I have posted, technically a while back that this is headed back to 26 to fill the gap on the chart and it is now not far off it, but who is going to challenge JHL??

What can shareholders gain from a challenge?
