This stock is no where, no buyers and all the cheap stock handed out has been sold and they made there 100% returns and moved on, cannot see this going anywhere in short/medium term, there is now several companies in this space and VPR have no traction, good product but no business activities. Poor execution of a business plan IMO.
I moved on from this stock long time ago, like many long term holders the current SP price is at an all time low no announcements, buying of non core business's hasn't done this company any good, they purchased heat/waste technology so this is what needs to be sold. Look at other states massive solar farms similar technology and money spent with competitors VPR should have been there but nil sales activity, no invoice revenue i can see a CR coming and further dilution.
