The Chan's are representing one of the wealthiest families in the world. One thing these guys are good at is making money. Their judgment and their position as directors is spot on as far as I can see. They are clearly saying that the new organisation does not fit their risk profile etc. so they have hedged their bets in term of the regulatory environment.

I am with them. Can't see why I should incur a massive cgt for a company I never wanted to invest in. ENV is great, competently managed and paying nice returns while steadily growing the share price. I could not be happier.
